THE MCLAREN ARTURA SPIDER MCL39 CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION IS STUNNING - ONLY 10 WILL EXIST.

McLaren Automotive is popping the champagne properly. To celebrate McLaren Racing’s 10th Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship and a back-to-back title double in 2025, Woking has unleashed something suitably rare, emotional and just a little bit outrageous. Meet the McLaren Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition, a strictly limited run of just ten customer cars, each one a rolling tribute to a season that went down in papaya-coloured folklore. To be fair, there’s probably only going to be 8 available to the super rich because there’s no way Lando Norris will not get one. Even Zac Brown may snap one up. Piastri? He probably hates it.

Curated by McLaren Special Operations, this is a bespoke Artura Spider that pulls its visual DNA directly from the championship-winning MCL39 Formula 1 car, the machine that carried McLaren to Constructors’ glory and powered Lando Norris to his maiden World Drivers’ Championship.

Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer, Chief Commercial Officer at McLaren Automotive, puts it plainly:

“McLaren is a brand that merges the excitement of Formula 1 racing with a curated experience that matches our clients’ distinctive lifestyles. We want the connection our fans feel with our brand to extend beyond the emotional and into the tangible, by making it possible for them to be a part of McLaren history.”

The headline act is the exterior. Each Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition wears a hand-painted MSO Bespoke livery that blends Myan Orange with Onyx Black, directly echoing the look and attitude of the 2025 title-winning F1 challenger. Look closer, and the details get delicious. ‘10’ motifs appear across the bodywork, each one incorporating ten stars and finely rendered outlines of every McLaren Formula 1 car that has won a Constructors’ Championship. It’s motorsport heritage turned into rolling artwork. The stance is sharpened further with the Black Pack, 10-spoke Super-Lightweight Dynamo forged wheels in gloss black, Myan orange brake calipers with black McLaren logos, the Stealth Badge Pack, and a Sports Exhaust finished in stealth trim. Subtle, it is not.

Open the dihedral doors, and MSO’s handiwork continues. The cabin features unique ‘10’ headrest embroidery in McLaren Orange, a Myan Orange painted 12 o’clock steering wheel marker with bespoke ‘10’ detailing, and a custom casement plaque on the centre console reminding you that you are one of just ten people on the planet with this specification. The interior itself is trimmed in Performance Carbon Black Alcantara and Jet Black Nappa leather, lifted with McLaren Vision Orange piping to tie the whole story together. The extended satin carbon fibre sill strips are hand-signed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. In the luggage compartment, a Custom Track Record plaque lists McLaren’s wins, poles and fastest laps from the 2025 season. Each owner also receives a hyper-exclusive 2025 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship collectors’ keepsake, because of course they do.
