VIDEO: RICHARD HAMMOND SURVIVES ANOTHER CATASTROPHIC CRASH!

Former Top Gear and current The Grand Tour host Richard Hammond crashed a Rimac Concept One while filming for his current show at the Hemberg Hill Climb in Switzerland!

Luckily, Hammond managed to crawl out of the vehicle before the fire consumed the all-electric supercar. He was then airlifted to a local hospital with only one fractured knee!

Given Hammond's history of catastrophic crashes and pictures of charred wreckage, many thought the worst. This was until Jeremy Clarkson tweeted "It was the biggest crash I've ever seen and the most frightening but incredibly, and thankfully, Richard seems mostly OK".

While waiting for surgery, Hammond sent a video to his fans assuring them that he was okay, apologising to his wife and thanking the doctors.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, although it looks like Hammond might have been trying to enter the corner too fast and simply went off track.
