Here are the cars that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May most regret selling.

Buying a new car is always exciting at first, and most of the time you keep telling yourself you're upgrading, so ditching your previous love seems alright. That is, until you start realising that the car you sold was actually a gem, there is no worse feeling than that!

During an interview, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May get asked the question: "What is the car you regret selling the most?"

To which, Jeremy Clarkson reveals that he regrets selling his pride and joy, his very own Alfa Romeo GTV6. Clarkson goes on to explain that it is still the best sounding car he has ever driven.

James May regrets selling his Alfa Romeo 164. After Clarkson and May mock Richard for never have owned an Alfa Romeo – and thus not a true petrolhead – Richard Hammond says he regrets selling his Ferrari 550 Maranello.
