VIDEO: THE ASTON MARTIN VULCAN IS A V12 FUTURISTIC SMOKE MACHINE!
Aston Martins very limited Vulcan, costing $2.3 Million and producing 800HP was unleashed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed recently and it sure is a smoke machine. The car is pretty much the result of Aston Martin taking a juiced up V12 and sticking it into a track only chassis, that doesn't have to conform to any pedestrian safety or emission regulations.
Power is provided by a naturally-aspirated 7.0-liter V12 engine that produces more than 800HP. It is connected to a six-speed sequential transmission which enables the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than three seconds before hitting a top speed in excess of 200 mph (321.8 km/h).
24 production models will be sold and whoever will be lucky enough to own one, is gonna have a heck of a lot of fun by the looks of things.
