‘Équipe Pur Sang,’ translating to ‘Thoroughbred Team,’ calls back to Bugatti’s golden age of motorsport, an era of relentless victories and engineering mastery. Now, that storied name is reborn as a specification package designed to transform the Tourbillon into an unapologetically track-focused vision of Bugatti’s latest masterpiece. More than a styling exercise, this package brings a suite of aerodynamic enhancements that make a powerful visual and functional statement. A newly designed front splitter works in tandem with a bespoke rear wing - now featuring small endplates - to optimize aerodynamic efficiency. At the rear, carbon fibre engine cover inlays flow into a specialized 8-pipe exhaust system and an advanced rear diffuser, further refining airflow and increasing downforce to ensure the Tourbillon stays glued to the tarmac at speed.
The aggression continues with newly developed directional wheels, meticulously engineered for both function and form. Yet, regardless of its configuration, every Tourbillon is a milestone in automotive history. Beneath its sculpted form lies an all-new 8.3-litre naturally aspirated V16, a masterpiece of internal combustion that generates 1,000 hp on its own. Augmented by three electric motors supplying an additional 800 hp, the Tourbillon delivers an astonishing 1,800 hp combined—all while remaining lighter than its predecessor. Its advanced chassis, composed of T800 carbon composite, incorporates cutting-edge innovations such as an integrated battery structure and a motorsport-inspired crash-composite rear diffuser.
