The 1980s was a time where car manufacturers and designers pushed the boundaries with futuristic designs, digital dashboards, sci-fi-like tech and gimmicks. Oh yes, and of course, putting a turbo emblem on every free panel they could possibly find!
Concept cars that came out of this period were almost an amalgamation of beige interiors from the 1970s and something that resembled a spacecraft from Star Trek. Or, honestly, something so bizarre that it would simply remain a concept, and not even one element of it making onto the production line!
