THE MANSORY ART PIECE - AL3C MONO907Y - IS A ROLLING ARTWORK USING A MERCEDES-AMG G63 AS THE CANVAS.

Just when you thought MANSORY had reached peak lunacy, they team up with pop art provocateur Alec Monopoly and deliver the AL3C MONO907Y - a four-door, short-wheelbase convertible G-Class that’s more rolling street art than off-roader… but still happens to do both. Based on the rare W465 platform and limited to just 10 examples, each AL3C MONO907Y is individually hand-painted by Alec himself in his trademark riot of colour and chaos, sealed in a custom clear coat to preserve the madness from UV and Mother Nature. The body has undergone massive structural changes to accommodate the electrically operated, lined soft top, and MANSORY’s engineers have reinforced everything from the sills to the chassis spine to ensure it still handles the rough stuff. This isn’t just some G-Wagen with the roof lopped off - it’s been reborn with one-off coachbuilding precision and track-tested rigidity. The factory third side window is gone, the rear doors are shortened, and the silhouette screams exclusivity. The attention to detail runs deep, with the interior wrapped in custom leathers, carbon fibre, and bespoke art elements from Alec, including dash trim, console panels and more. Even the seat belts, floor mats and door handles have been MANSORY-fied for maximum flex.

But this beast isn’t all flash and no fury. MANSORY’s engineers went under the hood and ripped the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 wide open, giving it a set of bigger turbos, a custom exhaust with freer-flowing downpipes, and a retuned ECU. The result? A ferocious 820 hp (611 kW) and 1,150 Nm of torque, launching the AL3C MONO907Y from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. Top speed? Electronically limited to 250 km/h, because sanity still exists in small doses. That kind of firepower requires proper stopping power, so the AL3C is fitted with enormous carbon ceramic rotors and colourful Alcon calipers behind wild 24-inch forged wheels wrapped in fat 295/30 rubber. It’s a visceral, high-art assault on the senses that blurs the line between supercar, sculpture and safari-ready SUV. With only ten of these absurd creations heading to collectors around the world, each one a unique “one of one,” this is MANSORY doing what it does best - making the impossible, utterly irresistible. As a custom art car, this is great, and it ticks all the boxes that a special car should. The mad thing is that, as over-the-top as this limited run of cars is, what you see is a whole lot more subtle than the usual madness we see leaving the famed MANSORY workshop. Is it cool? Yeah, for sure. Is it worth the money? That depends on how much F-you money you have lying around and how much you like custom AMG things.
