When the driver of this semi-truck had slowed down due to a police stop on the shoulder, he probably didn’t expect to witness anything like this! Instead of seeing and reacting to the other drivers on the brakes, this driver instead kept going and slammed on the brakes at the last second, causing her to spin out of control.
