AUDI'S Q6 E-TRON OFF-ROAD CONCEPT GETS A FANCY AUSTRIAN MOUNTAIN SHOOT & DRIVE
What happens when Audi throws out the rulebook and cranks the volume on electric off-road capability? You get this: the Q6 e-tron Offroad Concept, a wild reinterpretation of quattro for the electric age. This isn’t just a lifted EV - it’s a mahoosive flex of what the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) can do when the engineers are told to go full-send and the bean counters are kept away from receipts and invoices. Audi’s been teasing us with progress; we first saw most of the car back in January, and this beast is the real deal - 160mm higher, 250mm wider, and radiating presence like a boss. With torque figures that'll twist your reality (13,400 Nm across the wheels thanks to portal axles engineered from scratch), it's a concept born to conquer, not just commute. Sure, it tops out at 175 km/h, but who cares when you can claw up 45-degree gradients with ease? Those four custom portal axles aren't just for show - they lift the body, amp the torque, and scream "Vorsprung durch Technik" like it’s got something to prove. It’s not about track times - it’s about tackling the untamed.
Audi CEO Gernot Döllner hit the nail on the head: “The Q6 e-tron offroad concept is a reinterpretation of quattro. This vehicle can claim new ground.”
And while Audi’s boffins were crafting this tech masterpiece, who better to film it in its element than Auditography?

Surely my favourite version of the Q6/SQ6 and a look into the future of what Audi could do, to create cars with more emotions.” Emotions, yes.
