DRONE FLY THROUGH OF CLASSIC CAR AUTO MALL
What's the best way of filming over 336,000 square feet of a mall filled with classic cars? Answer: A drone and one hell of a skilled drone pilot.
Classic Auto Mall was originally a clothing shopping mall in Morgantown, Pennsylvania until it got closed down in 2011. It was then bought over, clearly by a petrol head, classic car enthusiast who turned it into a classic and rare collectors car shopping mall.
Classic Auto Mall has just about 1400 cars in the 336,000 square foot premises. Judging by the video, they have a ton of rare collector cars on their floor in pristine condition, from Dodge Vipers to Chevrolet Corvettes and Ford Mustangs to Chevrolet Camaros, plus loads, loads more!
What better way to showcase the entire Classic Auto Mall other than using a drone of some kind. Judging by the speed and agility of the drone, it was probably an FPV setup (first-person view) which allows the pilot to control the drone via a set of goggles which shows you exactly what the drone's camera sees, this allows you to operate the drone out of line of sight.
