GM'S SCI-FI-LIKE PANORAMIC GLASS ROOF

GM's Sci-Fi-like panoramic glass roof looks like something out of this world, and is exclusively for their new electric car range.

GM has taken it upon themselves to enter the electric car market with a bang! They have already teased their customers with some fresh and exciting electric car concepts, not forgetting new releases such as the super luxurious Cadillac Celestiq, the Cadillac Lyriq as well as the new Hummer EV.

But that's not all they're working on. GM is developing new innovative and high-tech features that may be carried across their sub EV car brands. The latest hype from GM is their interactive panoramic glass roof. Seeing that panoramic glass roofs usually cover the entire occupant seating area overhead, GM sees value on allowing individual passengers to choose whether or not they want direct overhead sunlight. So, each passenger will now have access to a central digital console to select if they want their specific glass roof quadrant overhead to be opaque or fully transparent.
