SEBASTIAN VETTEL CONFIRMS MOVE TO ASTON MARTIN IN 2021

Formula 1 champion Sebastian Vettel had confirmed that he will be joining Aston Martin in 2021.

Sebastian Vettel has been racing for Ferrari since 2015 and, in 2019, there were rumours that the four-time world champion will be either joining another Formula 1 racing team or worse, retiring from Formula 1 completely.

However, on the 10th of September 2020, it was made official and public that Sebastian Vettel will be moving to Racing Point, which will be renamed Aston Martin, as from 2021.

Sebastian Vettel has this to say about his next big move in Formula 1: "I'm extremely proud to say that I will become an Aston Martin driver. It's a new adventure for me with a truly legendary car company. I have been impressed with the results the team has achieved this year and I believe the future looks even brighter."

So, after a rather interestingly different and quite bizarre year in Formula 1 history, next year will prove to have some interesting changes with new drivers, and switching teams.
