TESLA APP ERROR CAUSES CHAOS FOR OWNERS

On Friday evening, hundreds of Tesla owners experienced an error with the Tesla mobile app that had a temporary error that blocked their access to the app and as a result, hundreds of Tesla owners quite literally couldn't access their cars for that brief period.

However, the mobile app car access is just a convenient alternative to the card/key option which should always be carried by the owner as a regular car would require and thus no issue from the mobile app could prevent them from actually driving. But a lot of people decide to go without it and only use the mobile app and it was those people who experienced the most frustration for that period.

Elon Musk personally Tweeted about the error and ensured that the mobile app issue would be fixed momentarily.
