UP CLOSE WITH THE 2022 NISSAN Z PROTO – WALKAROUND
The all-new Nissan Z sportscar has been exceptionally well received, to say the least. Although we don't know what its official name will be just yet, whether it will be titled the 400Z, 400ZX or just simply the Z, what we do know is that it will be the Z35 model that replaces the 370Z.
The Nissan Z prototype is, without a doubt, a drivers car. It offers a fantastic platform for those who enjoy track driving or touring, and even works well as a daily driver with its modern coupe design, rear-wheel-drive platform and, of course, a six-speed manual gearbox.
The 2022 Nissan Z features a twin-turbo 3.0 litre V6 engine, from its VQ60 series, that makes a respectable 400hp. Its main rivals are the Toyota GR Supra and the BMW Z4, both of which cost several thousand dollars more. But, honestly, which one would you rather have?
