VIDEO: C7 CORVETTE Z06 BY BBM MOTORSPORT CRANKS UP THE CRAZY!

The last thing the C7 Corvette Z06 needs is more power—ok, maybe not the last thing. Nonetheless, tuning houses here in the U.S. and abroad keep finding ways to squeeze more juice out of the damn thing. BBM Motorsport in Senden, Germany, is one such tuner, and their take on the latest Z06 looks like something straight out of a video game, and I mean that in the best way possible.

On the outside this Z06 sports a red vinyl wrap that makes the car look as though it drove through a wall of paint, not particularly my thing, but well executed nonetheless. BBM also added a front spoiler, rear spoiler, and side sills, all of which are available in carbon flash metallic finish or a carbon fiber finish. O.Z. Ultraleggera wheels were fitted to the car, and are available from BBM in either 19″ or 20″ sizes, which allows retention of the OEM Michelin tires.

The Z06 boasts 650 horsepower, and 650 lb-ft of torque from the factory, but that’s hardly enough for most folks these days, so it’s BBM to the rescue with a number of upgrades. First off you’ve got a custom exhaust from Capristo, which sounds absolutely beastly thanks to an H-pipe that replaces the main catalytic-converter, and then you’ve got a air intake system designed just for the Z06 working with an optional software upgrade to bring you a mellow 700-horsepower, and 910 lb-ft of torque.

BBM calls this car the “Black Booty Monster”, and while that nickname is god-awful, the numbers make it forgivable.
