AFTER CEO SAYS THEY WILL NEVER BUILD AN EV – FERRARI NOW CONFIRMS ITS FIRST EV FOR 2025

Ferrari is one of those companies who put their heritage and history first before anything, and they were arguably one of the most EV-hating car brands ever. Even a former Ferrari chairman, Di Montezemolo, said that they will never make an electric Ferrari: "For as long as I'm chairman, Ferrari will never build an electric car, so for those of you who want an electric La Ferrari, that day will never come."

However, in 2021, we are at a stage now where a lot of minds are being opened up to the possibilities of what electric cars can actually do and, even more specifically, electric supercars. And Ferrari is by no means different.

Ferrari's CEO has now officially confirmed that the first unveiling of a fully electric Ferrari will happen in 2025.
