Conor McGregor was born in Dublin, Ireland where, at a young age, took an interest in sports. He figured learning how to defend himself would always come in handy, and spent a lot of time in the boxing ring where he met Tom Egan who was on his way to becoming a professional MMA fighter.
Soon thereafter, Conor McGregor fell in love with the physical sport and headed straight on to become involved in professional MMA.
Conor McGregor made international sports headline news when he became the first fighter in UFC history to hold titles in two weight divisions simultaneously.
Conor McGregor announced his final retirement from UFC in 2020 on Twitter:
"Hey guys I’ve decided to retire from fighting. Thank you all for the amazing memories! What a ride it’s been! Here is a picture of myself and my mother in Las Vegas post one of my World title wins! Pick the home of your dreams Mags I love you! Whatever you desire it’s yours"
Conor McGregor is valued at $99 million, and that excludes the worth of his car collection which is valued at over $1 million. The vehicles in his garage include:
