FAST AND THE FURIOUS: WHAT PARTS DID HECTOR ORDER AT HARRY'S?
From the first Fast And The Furious movie, what parts did Hector order at Harry's?
During the infamous scene in the first Fast And The furious, Brian O'Connor gets busted by Dom and Vince, snooping around Hector's garage. Brian quickly talks his way out by making it seem as if he was finding out what his competition would be racing at Race Wars, without giving away that he's really a cop.
In Brian's dialogue, he says: "I just went in there, and Hector is going to be running three Honda Civic's with Spoon engines and, on top of that, he just came into Harry's and ordered three T66 turbo's with NOS and a MoteC systems exhaust."
But, what are all those parts?
- Spoon Engines
These are from a Japanese performance engine manufacturer by the name of Spoon Sports. You can find these engines in Honda Accords, Honda Civics, Honda S2000's and Honda Integra's. - T66 Turbo's
A T66 is by no means the biggest turbo around, but bigger doesn't always mean better when it comes to turbo's. A T66 will definitely make a substantial amount more power than the factory setup. - NOS
NOS, or Nitrous Oxide Systems, is actually a brand of nitrous oxide. This gas is the simplest way of gaining power from any combustion engine. Injecting nitrous oxide into your combustion chamber will give the engine far more available oxygen, and having the right injectors and software as well will give your car that chemical supercharger power it needs! - MoteC Systems Exhaust
Well, MoteC is a recognised tuneup brand in the automotive scene, but they do not make any exhausts! This line was a mistake in the script of the movie.
