FERRARI DENIES DAVID LEE A LAFERRARI APERTA!!

David Lee is one of the most well-known exotic car collectors on earth, thanks to his huge Instagram following. He wanted a Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta, but Ferrari has refused to sell him one. Lee owns five of the most prized Ferraris ever, the 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo and LaFerrari and recently took delivery of an F12tdf. 

He also recently ordered four new Ferraris in an attempt to strengthen his chances of being invited to add the Aperta to his collection which also includes a special 1964 250 Lusso Competizione and an F1 car driven by Michael Schumacher.  Lee revealed that despite his love for the brand and his impressive collection, Ferrari won't be selling him a LaFerrari Aperta. 

According to a source close to Ferrari, the manufacturer isn't a fan of Lee's online presence. “The factory doesn’t like the publicity he creates. They hate all the noise, and he loves all the noise,” the source says. It looks like he'll have to find a private seller if he ever wants to own the LaFerrari Aperta.
