KEN BLOCK HOONS THE NEW FORD MUSTANG MACH E

Ken Block finally gets the chance to hoon the brand new Ford Mustang Mach E.

Its been a few months since Ken Block got to test drive the standard Ford Mustang Mach E, but, after many failed attempts, he still didn't get the chance to give it a proper hoon!

With the launch of the incredible race version, the Ford Mustang Mach E 1400, however, Ken Block had the opportunity to give it a go when Ford Performance arranged just that!

The Ford Mustang Mach E 1400 has seven electric motors that collectively produce a crazy 1,400 horsepower, or just over 1,000 kilowatts of pure power, that is instantly available thanks to the electric motors. The Ford Mustang Mach E has a 56.8 kilowatt-hour battery, which doesn't sound like much in comparison to other electric cars, but this one, again, is producing 1,400 horsepower that is used pretty much all the time! And it will fully recharge in just 45 minutes, which makes it ideal for hill climb events.

With someone like Ken Block, who is used to modified combustion engines, to have an open mind about the future of automotive technology is simply awesome, and his reaction to this incredible electric machine is priceless!
