MANSORY'S TAKE ON THE FACELIFTED AUDI RSQ8 WORKS SURPRISINGLY WELL.

We’re fans of Mansory. Sure, they’re known for going over the top with some of their builds, but where exactly is “the top” anyway? Me, I’m from Kempton Park - and on the East Rand, there’s no such thing. I grew up on the Max Power era: body kits, big wings, vents, sound installs, and scissor doors. Mansory feels like the natural evolution of that era, just aimed at people with superyacht budgets. The German aftermarket wizards have sprinkled their wild carbon magic on everything from Lamborghinis to Bentleys, using only the finest materials - and now, forged carbon has become their weapon of choice. Lamborghini brought it to the world, Toyota put it on the roof of the GR Yaris, and now Mansory’s throwing it at anything fast, loud and expensive. Their latest carbon-soaked creation is based on the updated Audi RSQ8, and it’s an absolute beast. They’ve called it “no longer a wolf in sheep’s clothing,” and with that bold black-and-yellow combo, it’s more like a radioactive wasp with anger issues. Multiple new components are crafted from top-tier carbon, including reworked front and rear skirts, chunkier side blades, and a completely carbon bonnet that’ll have you staring whether you want to or not. Every piece is built in-house using their own autoclaves - and it shows in the finish. The carbon detail is razor-sharp, the paint is black-hole deep, and the yellow accents on the intakes, deflectors, and massive wheels match the retina-melting yellow theme that continues inside.

Yes, inside. The interior takes the same two-tone madness and dials it up with contrasting stitching on buttery leather, carbon fibre trim, and a Mansory-branded leather-carbon steering wheel. It looks insane - in the best way. Just don’t let your kids climb in with sticky fingers or let your mechanic breathe on anything. It’s not just about aesthetics, though. This RSQ8 packs some serious punch. With experience from the bonkers “Mansory Venatus” and their brutal RS6 builds, the team reworked the ECU and added a proper high-performance exhaust. The result? 574 kW and a full 1,000 Nm of torque. That’s up from the stock 471 kW and 850 Nm. It now launches from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and storms on to a top speed of 320 km/h. Standard RSQ8s top out at 250 km/h, or 280 km/h and 305 km/h with the right options, but this? This ignores the rules entirely. Mansory’s done it again - taken an already potent super SUV, dialled up the aggression, and delivered a package that’s as wild as it is well-executed. It's one of the sharper, more balanced builds we've seen from them lately, and if you’ve got the bank balance (and the sunglasses), it’s ready to turn every head in your postcode.
