MCLAREN'S NEW MONACO F1 GP LIVERY – BOLD IS BACK

McLaren has revealed its special one-off livery for the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend (23 May 2021).

The motivation behind this special edition McLaren livery is to pay homage to the original partnership McLaren had with Gulf Oil. This dates back to when the team founder, Bruce McLaren, was involved heavily in the sport in the 1960s and 1970s.

The new livery is sponsored by both McLaren and Gulf Oil, who recollaborated with the Formula 1 team in July of last year. The new Livery will only be present on both the McLaren F1 cars for the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix, and features the iconic and greatly loved light blue and orange amalgamation, which was last seen on the McLaren F1 GTR in 1997 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Keep your eyes peeled this race weekend for a glimpse of McLaren's special one-off livery at the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix.
