PORSCHE AND FERRAGAMO UNVEIL TWO ULTRA-STYLISH SPECIAL EDITIONS - FOR ITALY ONLY, SADLY.

Porsche Italia is turning heads with two ultra-limited special editions created in collaboration with legendary fashion house Ferragamo. Based on the 911 Carrera 4 GTS and Taycan 4S, these high-fashion machines have been meticulously tailored by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, blending Italian elegance with German engineering in all the right ways. At the heart of the project is Blusogno - a bespoke shade of deep blue inspired by Ferragamo’s signature shoulder bag. It’s a hue that runs like a thread through every detail of these cars, inside and out. From the finely painted bodywork to the luxurious interiors and even the vehicle key, Blusogno delivers a theme of restrained opulence. That richness is paired with blue Paldao wood accents and subtle design flourishes that elevate both cars to true collector status. The 911 and Taycan wear crisp white fine lines across their bonnets and rear spoilers - delicate, hand-applied accents borrowed from Ferragamo’s design language. The lines trace the airflow over the bodywork with a quiet confidence, while custom wheels in Blusogno are detailed with hand-painted white pinstripes and contrast red Porsche crests. Around the B-pillars, you’ll find tactile commemorative plaques marking “40 Anni Porsche Italia,” referencing Porsche’s four-decade presence in Italy (1985–2025).

“Our dream was to create something truly unique that embodies the spirit that has guided us for the past 40 years: Porsche style combined with Italian culture and aesthetics. That's why we chose Ferragamo as a partner for this project - a brand with which we share values such as excellence of craftsmanship, timeless elegance and a tireless attention to detail,” says Pietro Innocenti, CEO of Porsche Italia. “The collaboration with Ferragamo and the team at Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur in Zuffenhausen has enabled us to implement this vision in a way that is both authentic and forward-looking. These values will continue to inspire and guide us in the future.”

Step inside and the fashion-first philosophy continues. The cabins are draped in specially developed Blusogno leather, from the seats to the GT sports steering wheel, with Pebble Grey piping providing subtle contrast. Red detailing in areas like the storage compartments adds a bold pop against the cool tones. The 911 features a Blusogno-wrapped gear lever and Paldao wood across the dash, while the Taycan’s door mirrors wear matching wood finishes for extra flair. In both cars, the door cards split the wood trim in two - blue on top, black below - offering a classy, high-contrast aesthetic. You’ll also find exclusive touches like illuminated Ferragamo logos on the door sills, a tricolour SportChrono clock with green, white, and red rings (and a red second hand for that extra Italiano drama), and even a custom leather key pouch. An aluminium inlay on the 911’s dashboard carries the “40 Anni” logo, while in the Taycan, the same motif sits in the centre console. The finishing touch? A tailored indoor car cover in - you guessed it - Blusogno, with white piping and Ferragamo branding. These two creations are a celebration of two brands born from dreams - Salvatore Ferragamo, who became Hollywood’s shoemaker to the stars before returning to Florence in 1927; and Ferry Porsche, who turned his vision into reality in 1948 with the 356 ‘No. 1’ Roadster. Today, their legacy lives on in these limited-edition masterpieces, crafted with passion, precision, and a pinch of Italian flair. The Porsche x Ferragamo special editions are available in extremely limited numbers, and only for the Italian market. Fashion fades, but this kind of style is forever.

“Both Porsche and Ferragamo are characterised by a signature design that is of timeless elegance. We have taken this minimalist, purist approach to the extreme with the '40 Anni Porsche Italia' models,” says Grant Larson, Director Special Projects Design at Porsche. “Salvatore Ferragamo experimented a lot with unusual natural materials,” the designer continues. “This encouraged us to take unusual paths in the interior and to dye the Paldao wood blue – a novelty for us at Porsche that emphasises the understated character of these limited-edition models.”
