RESTORING A 1970 CHEVROLET CAMARO RS/SS

The guys at Muscle Car restore a 1970 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS.

Project LimeLight is a Chevrolet Camaro from 1970 that the guys at Muscle Car are restoring to factory spec. This video is great to watch as they explain their way through each part of the job.

They started with a rust-free 1970 Chevrolet Camaro, stripping it down to the bare metal. They decided to upgrade the motor to a big block 402, although it did need some work to get it running correctly, and they installed a four-speed manual transmission.

Because the guys wanted a factory-spec car, all of the replacement parts used were OEM, and even the paint is original factory colours.

This video is a series of episodes stitched together, and watching Rick and Tommy work on this build is remarkably cathartic. Their attention to detail is excellent, and they're terrific at explaining their methods too.

Watching an old classic muscle car come to life is incredible, and a video like this is excellent for those of you who are busy with project builds of your own. So, get yourself a drink, sit back and enjoy the show.
