THE ONE-OFF REVUELTO OPERA UNICA - YET ANOTHER CAR THAT CELEBRATES LAMBORGHINI'S 60TH ANNIVERSARY.

It’s quite clear that the 60th anniversary of Automobili Lamborghini is quite a big deal to the Italian automaker. The company has celebrated the milestone anniversary all year long, and so here we see the fifty-twelfth creation, and this is another amazing one-off. It’s quite the visual piece, and so it’s more art car than a car collector would buy and drive. It probably won’t even end up in a car collection, it’ll probably be part of an art installation browsed by people wearing weird clothes and designer brands we mere mortals haven’t even heard of. The hand-painted exterior of the Revuelto 'Opera Unica' showcases a captivating transition from Viola Pasifae to Nero Helene, with intricate brushstroke details in warm and cool colours. The painstaking process involved 76 hours of development and testing, culminating in a total execution time of a long 435 hours. The now-recognised 60th-anniversary logo is found on the car's bonnet. Inside, the artistic theme continues with a unique and vibrant design. The interior took time too, there are 220 hours of work in play and it features an asymmetric layout with two-tone leather in Nero Ade and Viola Acutus. The seat backrests, door inserts, and headliners feature the 60th-anniversary logo, using matching warm and cool colours from the exterior. Even the start/stop cover is highlighted with shaded brushstroke colours.

Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, expresses the significance of presenting the Revuelto 'Opera Unica' in the U.S., the company's top global market. He notes, "Being the fastest, most technologically advanced, and customizable Lamborghini in history, the Revuelto has received a tremendously positive response worldwide. With this 'Opera Unica,' we have explored the possibilities of our Ad Personam personalization, creating an automotive masterpiece." Mitja Borkert, Design Director at Automobili Lamborghini, explains the inspiration behind the special livery, stating, "We wanted to create something purely artistic using brushes and a combination of colours, as if the Revuelto was a canvas. With the dynamic hand-painted exterior, we really emphasize the aerodynamics and speed of the car." The grand reveal of the Revuelto 'Opera Unica' took place in Miami Beach at a launch event featuring commissioned artwork by Automobili Lamborghini America dealers, a further celebration of the brand's 60th anniversary. This exclusive masterpiece stands as a testament to Lamborghini's dedication to automotive excellence and artistic expression. The Lamborghini Revuelto launched earlier this year and is the automaker’s first foray into the world of EVs, and the hybrid plug-in reaches a next-level paradigm in terms of performance, sportiness and driving pleasure from its unprecedented new architecture; innovative design, maximum-efficiency aerodynamics and a new carbon frame concept. With 1,001 horsepower, the Revuelto is extremely agile and effective on both the road and track.
