VIDEO: THE MYSTERY OF THE BMW FIRES!!

Owners of BMW's recently stated that their cars would suddenly catch fire, even if the cars have been switched off and standing still for hours. 

In some cases, the BMW suddenly became engulfed in flames several hours or even days after the car was last used. 

The owner of a 2016 BMW 228i explains that his car spontaneously caught fire in his driveway after being parked for approximately four and a half hours. The car was completely destroyed within 15 minutes.

BMW said it has investigated some of the fires that were reported by ABC News and the fires have been reported in multiple model-year and types of BMWs. The mystery of how the BMW's catch fire when the engine is not running has still not been solved.
