WEST COAST CUSTOMS GETS THEIR OWN ROLLER COASTER
West Coats Customs take their brand to the next level by opening up their very own roller coaster.
West Coast Customs started way back in 1994 by founders Ryan Friedlinghaus and Quinton Dodson in Burbank, California. The company got a start-up fund with a business loan of $5,000 by Ryan Friedlinghaus's grandfather. West Coast Customs is now an internationally recognised brand, and is listed as one of the top automotive custom workshops and fabricators in the world. Today, it's a multi-million dollar company.
West Coast Customs is known for a number of things. Firstly, being the go-to shop celebrities visit to have their rides tricked out and customized, and second, as the workshop behind the MTV show Pimp My Ride, hosted by rapper Xzibit. Pimp My Ride became known as a cheesy automotive show in later years, but you cannot deny the show's success in the early 2000s which, in return, sky-rocketed the success of West Coast Customs.
West Coast Customs started a new venture in collaboration with theme park entertainment company, Six Flags, based in Texas, to create a one of a kind West Coast Customs Roller Coaster.
