2020 FORD RANGER – WHAT'S NEW AND ALL THE SPECS

Check out the new 2020 Ford Ranger, let's have a look at what's new as well as all its specs.

The Ford Ranger offers the consumer affordability, reliability and practicality. Ther is a wide range of models to suit specific needs, and all models offer a great balance between industry work, offroad and day-to-day driving capability.

In the Ford Ranger 2020 lineup, a new FX2 optional package is available for rear-wheel-drive Rangers only. The FX2 package consists of off-road tyres as standard, an electronic-locking differential and more off-road suited suspension, as well as unique body-side decals.

The 2020 Ford Rangers will now be available with three new exterior colours to choose from, including Iconic Silver, Rapid Metallic Tinted Clearcoat as well as Red Race. Furthermore, Ford has also decided to part with a few colours that we are familiar with in the Ranger lineup, which include Ingot Silver and Hot Pepper, which isn't something to cry about as the new colour replacements are fresh and modern.

Under the hood of the new 2020 Ford Ranger, you'd be pleasantly surprised to know that you can expect a 2.3 L four-cylinder engine that is turbocharged and will push out an exciting 270hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. Ford has also opted to install a 10-speed automatic gearbox to all Rangers in the lineup to offer a much smoother drive.
