AN ARMOURED FORD F-550XL WILL COST YOU $699,900!

The car, truck or Robocop wanna be you see in the gallery is actually a 2012 Terradyne Gurkha, but what on Earth is that? It is an armoured truck which is based on a Ford F-550XL and can handle just about everything that can be thrown, or launched, at it!

The Terradyne Gurkha features a level 7 ballistic, and .50 calibre armoured protection, and to top it all off the truck can take multiple hits, from any type of weapon, in the exact same spot without having its armour pierced. There are only 2 Terradyne Gurkhas available and both of them retain a 6.7-liter V8 turbodiesel engine of the F-550XL, feeding 300 horsepower and 660lb-ft of torque to all four corners. Unfortunately, its straight line performance is irrelevant due to the fact that it weighs as much as a little house. 

The vehicle features two remote control-operated roof-mounted search lights, several loud sirens, six gun ports on the doors and rear sides, different interior lighting colours, front winch, and run-flat Continental MTP 81 All Terrain tires. 

This is also the same truck that featured in the Robocop movie (so, in fact, it is not a Robocop wannabe), and it can be purchased immediately, at $699,900.
