FULL GALLERY: THE ALL-NEW, LIMITED EDITION 412 KW BMW 3.0 CSL

This new version of BMW's iconic Batmobile, the early 70s racecar that BMW made famous in the European Touring Car Championship has been remade 50 years later as the best possible anniversary present the M-brand could create. Using a BMW M4 ads the base, this 2023 version is pure brilliance. We've already seen some BMW stalwarts complain that it's an abomination but they're mostly the old guard who think the OG version should be left alone. This car is mental, featuring all carbon body parts and a massive wide-arch body kit, staggered fitment wheels, carbon ceramic brakes, hand-painted livery and a host of details paying homage to the 70s CSL. There's also that S58 twin-turbocharged inline-6 that has a health 412 kW and 550 Nm on tap. The changes to the drive modes, the underpinnings and the entire setup mean this should be the best handling M-car ever, which will perfectly match the most expensive M-car ever title.

We already gave you a little insight into the car, but we noticed that all the press agencies reporting on the car all seem to choose the same images from the official press pack, and that means BMW fans are losing out because the entire gallery is amazing. So of course SXdrv will be different and instead of hand-piking the images we think you might like, here's all of them in one cool gallery so you miss nothing.
