TESLA RECALLS OVER 6000 VEHICLES FOR LOOSE BRAKE CALIPER BOLTS
Tesla has announced that they will be undergoing a major recall of over 6,000 vehicles due to potentially loose brake caliper bolts.
A car manufacture recall is nothing anyone wants to have to deal with, regardless if you're the manufacturer or the proud new owner of the car you just bought which you figure out might have some trouble!
However, it is inevitable that this will happen from time to time, as cars are mass produced and to the exact same spec of the production line.
As of now, it seems that it's Tesla's time for a recall. They have announced that they will be recalling over 6,000 vehicles – including Tesla Model 3 vehicles sold between 2019 and 2021, and 2020 to 2021 Tesla Model Y vehicles – for possible loose brake caliper bolts. Tesla plans to inspect and either replace or tighten these bolts to ensure maximum safety, and to prevent any possible damage in the future.
