TESLA RELEASES A NEW PRODUCT: TESLA TEQUILA

Tesla released a limited edition run of their new product: Tesla Tequila.

What started off as an April Fools joke a couple of years back has actually been realised. Tesla has officially released a very limited and exclusive run of small-batch premium 100% de agave tequila añejo.

The description on teslatequila.tesla.com reads; "Introducing Tesla Tequila, an exclusive, small-batch premium 100% de agave tequila añejo made from sustainably sourced highland and lowland agaves. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and into a hand-blown glass bottle, Tesla Tequila features a dry fruit and light vanilla nose with a balanced cinnamon pepper finish. Best enjoyed as a sipping tequila."

The hand-blown glass bottle is in the shape of a lightning bolt, which pays homage to what Tesla stands for. This tequila, made by Tesla, is without a doubt a collector's item and sells for $250 per 750ml bottle.

Unfortunately, the Tesla tequila was completely sold out in the first few hours after its launch but, hopefully, they will make another run.
