TWIN TURBO 427CI CORVETTE KART BY CLEETUS MCFARLAND

Take one wrecked Corvette; modify; add new tyres; shred! That's how Cleetus McFarland does it.

Cleetus is pretty popular on YouTube for doing crazy stuff with all things motorised so it seems inevitable that he would end up with the Hoonigan's in a cloud of smoke.

At the end of the 2018 LS Fest West, Cleetus popped in for a visit with his twin turbo 427 Corvette named Leroy The Savage. It was a wreck that he bought for cheap and decided to modify for the sake of it.

Basically, it's a Corvette, stripped of all body panels and upgraded to push out over 1200bhp that the Hoonigan's describe as the Death Cart. Cleetus uses it for any racing that'll allow him on the track but, in this video, it's donuts, burnouts and a bit of light drifting until visibility is reduced to a few centimetres.

What fun! Hit the play button to see how it all plays out.
