WITH FORMULA ONE HEADING TO LAS VEGAS, THE ORACLE RED BULL TEAM IS UP TO SOME CRAZY STUFF!

Having a Grand Prix set to take place right in the middle of Las Vegas, it’s a big deal. To celebrate and promote the inaugural Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 19 begins, Oracle Red Bull Racing brings us a ridiculously-cool preview with its ¡Vamos, Vegas! Campaign. The team got up to a bunch of amazing things using the old favourite, the championship-winning RB7 F1 car that is racking up mileage in the most entertaining of ways. This time round Checo" Pérez, alongside Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner, took the championship-winning RB7 F1 car out for some shenanigans to show that the sport of Formula One and Las Vegas are made to be in cahoots. In the video, we see Pérez whimsically tells Horner the details of his last 24 hours in RB7, including hoofing it down the bustling Las Vegas Strip, racing the car in the Nevada desert to ending up on the roof of a casino. The setup also features Elvis impersonators, Las Vegas showgirls, magician Mat Franco famed for winning America’s Got Talent, the iconic Blue Man Group and even Wayne Newton, A.K.A Mr Las Vegas. The desert action meant the RB7 car needed some competition, and that came from Las Vegas native and 6-time off-road champion Bryce Menzies and his Red Bull trophy truck.

"There is a lot of anticipation around the Las Vegas Grand Prix. It is one we are all very excited for. A Saturday night race down the strip is going to be an amazing spectacle, and it speaks to the fun vibe this new race will bring. Filming the light-hearted ¡Vamos, Vegas! with Checo was the perfect way for us to prepare for what's to come in November." says Horner. With Red Bull as an official partner to the Las Vegas Grand Prix, fans are in for some special treatment. The energy drink company is offering custom hospitality options along with multiple consumer experiences. Attendees can buy access to the Red Bull Energy Station, a massive 20 000-square-foot trackside hospitality centre that’s offering 3-day admission to premium viewing, exclusive driver appearances, live musical entertainment and gourmet cuisine. If there are better ways to watch a Grand Prix, we haven’t seen them. Well, besides viewing from a yacht in Monaco. There will even be limited-edition merchandise bundles available. We’re a little jealous, to be honest. Tickets are available here, and packages start at $3 280 up to $13 080. The lower-priced Fan Package will include a Las Vegas GP Special Edition, Castore replica hoodie, a Las Vegas GP Special Edition New Era team cap, a Las Vegas GP Special drawstring bag, driver autograph cards, assigned seats in the East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, complimentary food by Wolfgang Puck Catering including water and soft drinks, access to the Heineken Silver Stage, as well as driver interviews, autograph sessions and more.

Take a look at the YouTube video that shows off what the crazy crew from Oracle Red Bull Racing have been up to while creating content to promote the upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix coming up in November. All of this outrageousness just confirms that Red Bull and the Oracle racing team must be absolutely awesome to work for. On that note, just a lil'; FYI, we have a South African friend who's just joined the team as an engineer, and now he's made us more than a little jealous: F1 Car on Las Vegas Roof?! | ¡Vamos, Vegas! | Oracle Red Bull Racing
