VIDEO: INTRODUCING THE 1973 DETOMASO PANTERA TARGA CONVERSION!

The Pantera is a combination of beautiful 1970's Italian styling and a wicked American V8 soundtrack, wrapped up in a mid-engined chassis. The Pantera was launched at the 1970 Geneva Salon, with a pressed steel chassis, and a tube frame.

One of the first Italian supercars; DeTomaso and Ford worked together in collaboration using American V8 muscle supplied directly to the Italian factory. Very easy and cheap to work on, compared to its Lamborghini or Ferrari counterparts. The Pantera is arguably the most beautiful car from this classic era.

The virtually new V8 engine delivers a commendable 400 horsepower and is capable of so much more with tweaking. The Pantera drives effortlessly and features a brand new quad core aluminium Fluidyne radiator, twin 14″ sucker fans and a stainless steel cooling system.

The interior still needs to be retouched if a new owner is looking for specific leather and stitching, have a look at the video to see more of the Pantera Italian supercar!!
