BUGATTI CHIRON VS FORMULA 1 IN A DRAG RACE
It's a battle between the fastest production car and the fastest racing car! Behold, the drag race of the legends – a Bugatti Chiron vs a Red Bull Formula 1 car.
Now, getting these two cars together for a standard drag race is no easy task in its own right. Red Bull Formula 1 cars are not exactly privately owned by people wanting to take a breakfast run on a chilly Sunday morning. The Bugatti Chiron, on the other hand, only has 250 samples worldwide!
Nevertheless, the guys over at Carwow managed to pull off this incredible challenge. The Bugatti Chiron features a quad-turbo 8.0-litre W-16 engine that produces an incredible 1,479 horsepower and 1,165 lb-ft of torque!
The Red Bull Formula 1 car used in this drag race was used in the 2011 season. It features a Renault RS27 2,4 litre naturally aspirated V8 pushing out 720 horsepower, but it weighs in at only 640kg and has a red line of 18,000rpm.
