LAMBORGHINI HURACáN STO LAPPING NüRBURGRING GETS SURPRISE ATTACK FROM A HURACáN STERRATO - WITHOUT RACING LINES.

The all-new The Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato is a mad thing, a creation for the wealthy to show off with, and we like it a lot. We first told you about the Sterrato project back in 2019 and while it was an impressive cat, it was said to merely be a concept and would likely not see actual production. We’re pretty sure that this concept became reality thanks to Porsche. As soon as the world got wind of the off-road version of the new 911 dubbed the Dakar, we knew it wouldn’t be long before other supercar manufacturers threw their proverbial hats in the ring. Seeing as the Sterrato was first conceptualised almost three years ago, the chaps at Lamborghini had already done all the R&D on their own version and within a month of the Porsche’s release, the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato broke cover. Clever chaps these Lamborghini engineers, almost able to foretell the future and get ahead of the pack. While every other Huracán has to play by the rules, the Sterrato breaks them - even on the iconic Nürburgring track up against the bog daddy Huracán STO.

The Sterrato features widened bodywork, twin air deflectors in front of the side intakes, LED lighting, a forged roof rack, revised bumpers and sills, aluminium skid plates, a titanium roll-cage, carbon fibre bucket seats and aluminium floors. The iconic normally aspirated V10 engine produces the power and it is sent to all four wheels. All this means the car isn’t limited to smooth tarmac as with every other Lamborghini besides the Urus. While the speeds are limited compared to the street version, the Sterrato still has an advantage on racetracks, as proven when Lamborghini drivers Rouven Mohr and Maurizio Reggiani challenged each other with the Huracán Sterrato and Huracán STO on the Green Hell of Nurburgring.

Take a look at the YouTube video that shows off just how fast the all-new Huracán Sterrato is during a surprise attack on the Huracán STO around the famed Nürburgring while taking advantage of its off road prowess: Huracán Sterrato vs Huracán STO at Nürburgring Nordschleife | Lamborghini
