LAMBORGHINI URUS VS BMW X6M IN AN SUV DRAG RACE
The battle of the SUV... which one out of a madly powerful Lamborghini Urus and BMW X6M would take the cake in a drag race battle?
Back in the day, if you were to rock up in an SUV with the intention of having a drag race, you would have been laughed at. Well, unless you were packing some hectic modifications. But, the world has shifted yet again into car markets that offer the benefit of practicality with incredible performance. The outcome is SUVs that have the ability to take on some of the world's finest sportscars!
The Lamborghini Urus packs a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that produces a respectable 650hp and a monstrous 850Nm of torque. All-wheel-drive is put into motion by an 8-speed automatic gearbox, and the entire car weighs 2,200kg, which is actually quite light!
The BMW X6M, on the other hand, has a slightly bigger 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 that puts out 625hp and 750Nm of torque. It is also all-wheel-drive and has an 8-speed automatic gearbox but weighs more, with a curb weight of 2,370kg. So, it makes slightly less power it is also slightly heavier...
