The all-new Porsche Taycan commercial features the iconic DMC 12 DeLorean from the movie Back To The Future and after watching it, it all starts to make sense!
The concept of the Porsche Taycan commercial is to elaborate on the Porsche electric vehicle charging infrastructure that serves to supply tens of thousands of electric vehicles with over 1.21 gigawatts of power, enough to send you back to the future, also a play on words with the future of the entire automotive industry going fully electric over the next couple of years or so.
The text used in the commercial is as follows: "Not so long ago, 1.21 gigawatts of electricity could send you Back to the Future. Today, it's harnessed within an ever expanding network of chargers."
