Whenever a brand new Porsche 911 GT3 gets launched, people usually have an "Apple" approach to it. They expect each and every element to be slightly better, more fun to drive, a bit more powerful and have better looks than its predecessor.

However, like what Apple has just done with the new iMac, Porsche has done with the brand new 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 992. They've proved that they make the world's ultimate sportscar!

Porsche fans will be gasping with relief to know that Porsche has indeed proven the turbo and electric hybrid rumours to be false. When they pop the hood for the first time or hear the symphony whizzing past, they'll see that Porsche kept the monster 4.0 litre flat-six naturally-aspirated heart pumping this sportscar. It propels the car to a top speed of 198mph, and does a 0 to 60 time in just 3.4 seconds! The new Porsche 911 GT3 992 will further shove a middle finger into the face of millennials as they will offer this 911 GT3 in a six-speed manual. If automatic gearboxes happen to be your thing, don't worry, as the clever seven-speed PDK gearbox will be right at your disposal as well.

Step inside the cabin and you'll feel right at racing-home with everything you're familiar with being in the right place. However, Porsche has artistically and technologically improved on fine details, such as the improved thickness of the Alcantara steering wheel, which now offers shift lights as an optional extra. There's a brand new Track Screen mode too, which will prove to be beneficial if you dare unleash the 911 GT3 992 on the track!

  • Naturally-aspirated engine
  • 510hp and 470Nm of torque
  • Race-focused body parts
  • Optional Clubsport pack
  • Manual gearbox as standard (seven-speed PDK available)
  • Arrives later in 2021
  • Price: You Don't Want To Know
