THIS 1988 MAZDA RX-7 TURBO II 10TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION IS EPIC

To say this 1988 Mazda RX-7 Turbo II 10th Anniversary edition is a time-capsule to a different time is an understatement. This car is epic, and that's because it is like it has just left the factory.

When we see a Mazda RX-7, it's either totally trashed after years of abuse, or it's so kitted out that it's barely recognisable. This one, though, is impeccable, and it only has less than 2,000 miles on the clock. The owner, Sean Lee, has a love for cars. He was lucky enough to purchase this 10th Anniversary edition from Paul Walker's family and cared for it like he would his own child.

We take a ride with Sean, courtesy of Petrolicious, as he explains the history of the car and how he came to own it. He tells us how he met Cody Walker and where the car sat for years, unloved. It spent 25-years under a cover in the basement of a building before Cody offered to buy it from his father-in-law.

Sean, as the founder of The Purist Group, was contacted by Cody to have it assessed and any issues fixed. As the Mazda was so well preserved, there was very little to be changed, besides fluids and tyres. Sean fell in love with the rotary and soon made an offer to Cody.

Since then, he's kept it in its impeccable condition, driving it rarely to keep it in good nick. To find out more about this stunning Mazda RX-7 Turbo II 10th Anniversary Edition, hit that play button below.
