These are the three most powerful production American muscle cars ever produced, so they should go head to head, right? It's the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE and Dodge Hellcat Redeye.

Three muscle cars that couldn't be more different within their own genre. The Hellcat Redeye is the most powerful, with 798hp, but it weighs far more than its competitors and only really likes going fast in a straight line. 

The Shelby GT500 is a riot to drive on the track, along with the Camaro ZL1 1LE, yet they're both comfortable to drive on the road every day. The Shelby is the newest one here, and it shows in the refinement of the engine, but it's $20,000 more expensive than the Camaro.
