Yes, we know budget restraints are a thing. In fact, it's often the most significant issue that anyone modifying their car will experience. That's why the guys over at Donut Media decided to create a series to put the debate to rest.

They've started a new channel on their YouTube page called HiLow, purchased two almost identical Nissan 350Zs, and then proceeded to build one with cheap parts and the other with the most expensive.
