PORSCHE 911 GT3 RS VS ELECTRIC VW BETTLE - DRAG RACE

The Porsche 911 has always been one of the most sought after sports cars in the world and one of the most desirable ones at that, not to mention the 911 GT3 RS that now produces 520hp and 470 Nm of torque from its 4.0-litre flat-six naturally aspirated engine and is fitted with a 7-speed automatic gearbox.

This time, however, it is up against something that is a part of the 911's history but also something incredibly foreign to it, a Tesla Model S powered VW Beetle from the 1970s! This incredible Beetle produces 450hp and 675 Nm of torque from its electric motors, but originally weighed a lot thanks to Tesla's very heavy batteries. But since then, the owner has swopped out many parts with carbon fibre and now the whole Tesla Beetle weights the same as a Beetle in its original form!

So just how well are these two going to perform against each other in a drag race?
