ROLLS-ROYCE INTRODUCES THE GHOST SERIES II - BASICALLY A TWIN-TURBO V12 LIMO.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has introduced the Ghost Series II, a refined and driver-focused evolution of the marque's best-selling nameplate. Responding to client requests, this subtle update enhances Ghost’s imposing, monolithic exterior while providing an even more expansive platform for Bespoke personalization. For the first time, clients can explore new interior finishes and advanced software technologies, allowing Bespoke to extend into the digital realm. The front of the Ghost Series II presents a clean, contemporary look, featuring the illuminated Pantheon grille and updated headlights with striking daytime running light graphics. New chrome details adorn the lower front end, creating a ‘floating’ plinth for the Spirit of Ecstasy emblem. At the rear, the Ghost adopts a refreshed tail light design inspired by Rolls-Royce’s electric super coupe, Spectre. Two new 22-inch, 9-spoke wheel designs, available in full or part-polished finishes, complement the exterior, while a brand-new Mustique Blue joins the already extensive colour palette, which includes over 44,000 ready-to-wear shades, plus the option to create custom hues for exclusive use. “Ghost has always stood as a confident, agile, and elegant symbol of the Rolls-Royce brand. The Series II builds upon that legacy, enhancing its performance and expanding opportunities for Bespoke craftsmanship. With this iteration, we’ve combined purposeful material and design updates with groundbreaking chassis technology, making it the most technologically advanced and driver-focused V12 Rolls-Royce ever,” says Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Inside, the Ghost Series II offers an unparalleled level of luxury. The 18-speaker audio system powered by a 1400-watt amplifier ensures an immersive sound experience, while a new Spirit of Ecstasy Clock Cabinet features an analogue timepiece alongside a mirror-polished stainless steel Spirit of Ecstasy figurine. A standout material in the interior is Grey Stained Ash, an open-pore wood enhanced with fine metallic particles for a contemporary touch. Another notable feature is Duality Twill, a new rayon fabric made from bamboo, requiring up to 20 hours to complete. This intricate textile, available in Lilac, Chocolate, and Black, is stitched with 11 miles of thread and offers 51 different hues for bespoke customization. Under the bonnet, the Ghost Series II is powered by a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering 450 kW to all four wheels via an 8-speed transmission. With 850 Nm of torque available at just 1,600 rpm, the Series II provides effortless performance with near-silent operation. “Ghost Series II epitomizes the core principles of Rolls-Royce — serenity, effortlessness, and elegance — expressed through a timeless design that can either stand understated or make a bold, bespoke statement. Every detail has been carefully refined to elevate the car’s role as a canvas for our clients' unique creativity,” says Juliane Blasi, Head of Exterior Design at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
