THE BRABUS 1000: A THOUSAND-HORSEPOWER HYBRID SUPER COUPE WITH ZERO CHILL AND PERFECT STYLING!
For over four decades, BRABUS has redefined what’s possible with Mercedes-Benz performance and style. Now, they’ve unleashed the BRABUS 1000 - a fire-breathing, plug-in hybrid supercar based on the already outrageous Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE. As the name implies, this coupe channels a mind-melting 735 kW (1,000 hp) and an electronically limited 1,620 Nm of torque through a 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive setup, capable of rocketing from 0–100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds. At its heart is a reworked 4.5-litre BRABUS twin-turbo V8, up from the standard 4.0 litres, featuring forged internals, an enlarged bore and stroke, and a custom billet crankshaft. It pumps out 796 hp on its own, aided by a 150 kW (204 hp) electric motor mounted at the rear, giving this hybrid brute savage performance and surprising efficiency. It’ll blast past 200 km/h in 9.5 seconds, hit 300 in under 24, and max out at a limited 320 km/h. The carbon-bodied missile is wrapped in full aero developed in the wind tunnel - including a sculpted front spoiler, aggressive canards, rear wing, and a functional diffuser. All pieces are made in-house from exposed carbon, finished in matte or gloss, or colour-matched to the body for that tailored BRABUS touch.
Wheels? Of course, they’re forged. The BRABUS Monoblock Z “Platinum Edition” wheels measure 21 inches up front and 22 at the rear, wrapped in high-performance rubber from Continental or Hankook (up to 335/25 ZR22 out back). KW-developed BRABUS sports springs drop the ride by up to 20 mm for a meaner stance and sharper response. Inside, it’s full Masterpiece spec - black leather with intricate "Shell"-quilted stitching, Dinamica microfiber headliner, carbon fibre inlays, and even BRABUS “77 Heritage” logos embossed in key areas. Backlit BRABUS logos on the carbon door sills shift colour with the ambient lighting, while “ROCKET RED” highlights add a pop of menace to the cockpit. And the sound? Courtesy of a stainless-steel BRABUS exhaust system with electronically controlled valves, you can cruise home in stealth mode - or unleash full V8 fury at the flick of a switch. The BRABUS 1000 is one of the most powerful street-legal hybrid cars on Earth - equal parts engineering insanity and carbon-clad theatre. Want in?
