WITH THE A90 SUPRA ON IT'S WAY OUT, TGR RELEASES PARTIALLY UPGRADED 3.0 -LITRE AND AND SUPER HOT FINAL EDITION
TOYOTA GAZOO Racing recently announced a partially upgraded model of the 3.0-litre Supra along with a special Final Edition Supra that will be released globally in a limited run of just 300 units. The latest partially upgraded Supra aims to deliver a more integrated driving experience and it features improved braking performance for safety and security, an increased-rigidity body, suspension, and chassis, optimized tuning, and enhanced aerodynamic performance. The limited Final Edition boasts loads of upgraded bits like increased power, uprated brakes, improved rigidity, and a KW suspension system and high-grip tyres. For the partially upgraded 3.0-litre Supra specifically, changes include a new chassis setting, optimised active differential control, larger Brembo brakes, revised shocks, a new front stabilizer, reinforced aluminium brackets for the front and rear stabilizers, uprated control arm bushes, strengthened rear subframe mounts, a strengthened underfloor brace structure, and improved electric power steering control. Camber angles have been revised, and matte black wheels were added, as were a carbon fibre ducktail spoiler, front wheel arch flaps and higher front tyre spats. Inside, the driver's seat wears Alcantara and features GR embroidery and a ring and the stitching on the shift knob for the 6-speed manual - seatbelts are red.
