BUILDING MAD MIKE'S DREAM DRIFT CAR – A LAMBORGHINI HURACAN

Have you ever wondered what the dream drift car for Mad Mike would be? Well, if you're a Rotary-purist, you may be disappointed to hear it's a Lamborghini Huracan.

Drift King, Mad Mike, is famous for both his drifting skills as well as his love for the Rotary engine. This time, though, the famous Kiwi has set his sights on a new project, setting up his dream drift build, a Lamborghini Huracan to take to the Goodwood Festival Of Speed.

So, what do you do to a rear-wheel-drive, 5.2-litre V10 supercar with 580bhp? Well, among other things, you chop it up and make it a widebody, order a Top Secret body kit, install a custom steering rack, throw in a snappy handbrake and install a crazy exhaust. Dah.

This is the first of the Mike Whiddett Red Bull Motorsports series, which gives us insight into the project. Don't forget to check out the rest of the vids to see the build come together.
